Falcon Designer Homes has partnered with Texas Solar Power to incorporate solar power into each home in order to help reduce energy costs for our clients. With our base system, when your home is not occupied, the system should be large enough to cover all the electrical consumption for the home, and make a sizable dent in your electric bill when the home is occupied. And, as credits come available from the local utility providers, our solar power system can be upgraded. You can choose to expand your system until you are covering 100% of your electrical needs.
One of our primary objectives when installing your Falcon Solar Energy system is to minimize the impact of the system on the design of your home. By utilizing Building Integrated Photo-Voltaic (BIPV) technologies we have designed a system that uses solar collectors that are built into the tiles of your roof so that you and your neighbors barely know it’s there.
The Falcon Solar Energy systems are designed to provide a low-maintenance, sustainable, renewable energy source for your home. A solar power system is virtually maintenance-free. It can be remotely monitored, and even sometimes, remotely repaired.
Your Falcon Solar Energy system can also be linked to your automated, web-based automation system, so that you can remotely monitor the energy being generated, and depending on your area, determine to sell any excess power that the system is generating back to your power company…all from your iPhone or remote desktop computer.
