multi-room av system
Your falcon designer home features a multi-room audio/video system that allows you to watch or listen to any component of you system in any room of the house. Watch TV in the game room while your wife listens to XM radio in the kitchen, and your kids watch a DVD downstairs. Then pause your game and resume it in your study.
automated security system
Your automated security system not only allows you to arm and disarm from remote locations, you can unlock the home remotely, and monitor all security cameras from your office computer or smart phone, giving you complete peace of mind that your family, home and possessions are safe.
automated lighting system
We give you incredible control over the lighting your home. You can create lighting scenes for a single area or the entire home. You can even create path lighting scenarios that turn on the exterior lights, then the garage, then the hallway when you arrive home. Or a setting that brings the bathroom, hallway and kitchen lights to 15%, to light late night excursions without disturbing your partner.
multi-zone automated hvac
A multi-zone, automated HVAC system allows you to set the temperature of your home based on use. If you will only be using one area of the home, you can conserve money and energy by leaving the other zones at different settings. As an upgrade, if you so desire, you can damper each room allowing you to close off the HVAC to rooms not in use, or even thermostatically control different rooms in the house so that one person can have it cold in their room, and another can have it hot. Remote access allows you to change the temperature from any web-enabled device, so you can lower the temperature of your vacation home from the airport using your iPhone, to ensure the home is comfortable when you arrive.
automated pool & spa
Pool and spa controls are linked to your home automation system allowing you to turn on the lights, adjust the temperature, etc., all from the comfort of your home, your office or your web-enabled phone.
automated irrigation
Your automated irrigation system can also be controlled through the home automation package from anywhere in the world. Let’s say that your Home Owner’s Association sends you notice that they are restricting watering to two days a week during the summer, but you’re 500 miles away, and won’t be visiting for a month. Now you can comply by logging onto your system from your computer and changing the watering settings.

Your home automation system allows you to monitor the power your solar power system is generating, and depending on your area, determine to sell any excess power that the system is generating back to your power company... all from your computer.
