Endres Group has partnered with Sabre Secured Partners, L.P. to represent the developer on a 60,000 s.f. medical office park in Southeast San Antonio, Texas. The Southeast Medical Plaza development includes 9.5 acres inside the 410 Loop at the intersection of W.W. White and E. Southcross.
Five of the 9.5 Acres have been completed, with approximately 4.4 Acres remaining. The first three buildings, totaling more than 29,000 s.f., are complete and largely occupied. Tenants include Fresenius Medical Care (NYSE listed), Total Renal Care (NYSE listed), Health South (NYSE listed) and Institute for Women’s Health, a San Antonio based OB/GYN in business 70 years with 4 locations. The two remaining buildings (approximately 16,000 square feet) are currently in lease up.
Final phase of development is under review and proposals include a medical professional building of up to 35,000 square feet.
Richard Endres, CEO of The Endres Group, has been retained as a Co-Managing Partner for Saber Real Estate Partners with specific responsibilities as Vice President of Development and Marketing.
