90% masonry exteriors
90% masonry exteriors using natural materials such as stone, brick, or stucco; except in mountain areas where cedar siding is used along with stone to match the environment. These upscale exteriors reduce maintenance, enhance the environmental friendliness of the home, and provide improved appearance.
tile roofs
All Falcon Designer Homes feature tile roofs for durability and improved appearance. Our slate tiles are selected to blend effectively with the matching solar tiles we use in our solar power system for your home, so that the solar panels are all but invisible.
paver walkways & driveways
All walkways and driveways in a Falcon Designer Home feature paver stones, to provide a more sophisticated look, and reduce maintenance. Our standard paver driveways feature multi-hued pavers, with a contrasting colored paver trim to match the roof of the home. More elaborate patterns and designs are available as an upgrade.
natural interior finishes
All interior finishes in a Falcon Designer Homes must be made of top-quality natural stone, marble, granite or wood. The only exception is carpeting in the bedrooms. Stained concrete floor upgrades are available.
solar power system
Falcon Designer Homes incorporate sustainable alternative energy sources, such as a solar power system that can provide all the electricity needed to maintain your home when unoccupied, and make a sizable dent in your electric bill when the home is in use. automated multi-zone hvac
Falcon Designer Homes include a perfectly balanced, automated HVAC system that features multiple heating and cooling zones to focus the energy where you need it, and reduce consumption in unused and low occupancy areas.
tankless water heaters
Falcon Designer Homes include tankless hot water systems to reduce energy costs, water usage costs, and provide instant hot water for your comfort and convenience.
home automation system
Each Falcon home comes with a base hard wired automation system that controls your automated interior and exterior lighting, multi-room audio/video, security system and security cameras throughout the exterior and interior of the home, automated irrigation system, automated pool and spa controls and more. Our base model appliance package features Kitchen Aid commercial grade appliances in the kitchen and outdoor kitchen, or you may choose to upgrade to Wolf, Thermador or Viking.

Each Falcon Designer Home also features an outdoor living space with outdoor kitchen and fireplace.
landscape package
Falcon Designer Homes feature a complete low-maintenance, zero-scape landscape package with automated irrigation systems that can be linked to the home automation system if desired.
automated exterior lighting
An exterior lighting package is included in the price of your Falcon Designer Home and is linked to the home automation system, allowing you to control your exterior lighting from your home, your office, even your car visor. You’ll never have to pull up to a dark house again.
